I tried it and it didnt work. I have a Sony Digital camera and it doesn't read it. Any other suggestions???
Just a note, some cameras will work some wont. I'd definitely check out ichatusb. It has a free trial, so you dont have to buy if it doesnt work.
Rachel McAdams and Josh LucasThe new 3.1 interface, while generally nice, takes away the option to change the color of the dock notification. Now I have clashing red starbursts in my Dock (those of NNW and Mail). I really preferred having only Mail red, because I need to see new mail out of the corner of my eye, but who really cares about new RSS items... :mad::rolleyes:

RACHEL MCADAMS IS BELIEVABLEArrived at about 7:10AM and was about number 30 out of 40 phones. The line took around 3.5 hours. Not too bad. They were expecting their second shipment this afternoon but it ended up arriving around 11AM. The people at the end of the line were stoked! They were sold out of phones though once the line gets their phones.

i think you guys are overestimating how bad the lines will be. For the iPhone 4 launch, i got there at about 5 with the store opening at 8. I was within the first 200 or so as well. I highly doubt the iPad line will be as long as that of the iPhone, but I guess we'll see.

ok... it takes 184 pin DDR266, PC2100. i have a friend with a 128 stick of 184 pin PC3200 (my memory didn't work). Would her's work? i figure the computer would just clock it down

You have to be 18 to work there.
If you want to survive, then just don't do part-time. Full time spots at Apple retail are extremely hard to come by.
This is also hard to come by in all sectors of this bad job market.. the only sector of the job market remotely doing very well is HEALTH CARE.. you will always need nurses, doctors, etc... but no one needs industrial workers or customer service.. retail is a DEAD END as far as I am concerned..
Even admin assistant jobs are on the decline. Contrary to what you hear on CORPORATE America's media news stations(THEY LIE AND BLIND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE), THE job market is not improving very much.

If the position you were applying for was full-time that could be a HUGE factor. Because how many high-school students can work from 3pm - 12am and then be able to go back to work at 10am. If it was part time maybe they felt some other applicants had a stronger resume or they may have felt they want someone with more experience. You never truly no unless you ask a manager who interviewed you.
Yea I never thought about the hours but just about every store closes around 10:00 and I was able to work from 4:00-9:00 after school. It was not an interview but a seminar (but I guess your right).... Does anyone know how to get my application seen by the store manager?? I talked to the store manager in the Garden State Plaza NJ and she said that the corporate office in CA took care of all the applications and she will never see the application until it gets screened through.
Does anyone know someone who knows someone?? =P

I wonder if you shouldn't modify the letter "a" so that it is more like "a" rather than "a". Otherwise, the style of the logotype almost makes it look like a sloppily written "u".

What are some precautions I should take before selling my Air? Beyond wiping my SSD what else do I need to do to make sure my data is securely erased?
If you wipe your SSD, that erases everything.
After doing a little research, I'm either going to keep my P&S or maybe just maybe upgrade to the Nikon P7000. It gives me RAW capability, decent performance and the size is just a hair larger then typical P&S cameras.
The price is about 450 and so now I'm grappling with the fact will I use it after my vacation. if that is the case, then I can justify the 450, if I go back to my D70s then its a waste of money. At some point I was going to start saving up for a successor to my D70s as that's getting a little long in the tooth. Again, if I drop 450 on a new camera, it makes less sense to get a new DSLR. So many factors so many options arrrrggghhhh :)
I have a few weeks, I'll head to my local camera shop play with the P7000, and see how it does. I don't need to rush into this and make a decision tonight. While my vacation is looming, there's no reason to jump the gun
I was actually just going to ask pretty much the same question and am interested as well.
What I wanted to do was put Windows 7 along with OSX on my 240gb SSD while also partitioning my my 750gb HDD that I'll install in the optibay drive so one side is for Windows in NTFS and the other for OSX.
Possible within disc utilies, right? Sorry, I am a new Mac user =D
Well someone needs to pay their skilled, drunken, lazy mod team .. oh wait ..they don't get payed or even supported ..
