I gad lost my password and read your previous post only yesterday.

As you know, the decision of denying my husband's and mine I-485 could not be not appealed. I have also never stated the uscis denial reason, as I did not have it when I posted my question. They have stated that we had traveled abroad without Advance Parole, so they were considering that we have abandoned our GC petition. We came back to the country with my O-1 visa and my husband O-3.
The first problem raised by a friend of mine lawyer (I did not have a lawyer retained anymore) was that uscis violated my constitutional rights. They SHOULD have sent me an official letter back in August stating that they were reopening or intended to reopen my 485 case! Nothing was sent. Beside my I-140 and my RFE on the I485 I did not receive anything else. So even if legally they were "right" to deny my 485, uscis has comited SO many mistakes on my case that I have been told they could let it slide on this one.
From that moment on I have decided that I will fight them till the end and that I would not pay them one cent! Because at the end of the day, it is all about money and more money in their "crooks" pocket. I contacted my Congresswoman, my Senator, and a Congressman from another state than mine. I had gathered all the proofs and all documentations for the last 3 years and posted them on a server, so everyone involved could review them. Those three elected officials called them and spoke to uscis congressional liaison. This went on for two weeks.

Friday the 13th we received our green cards!

I know from my company lawyers that if employee leaves the company they have to inform USCIS about the leaving by requesting to cancel the H1B.

I am not sure why you company would like you to move from H1B to EAD?

If senior citizens have to travel frequently from India to the Bay area (California) what is the most preferred airlines?
Points of comparisons would be pricing (frequent flyer discounts), leg room, optimum layover, wheelchair facility, good in-flight attendance, food and so on...the experience with the emirates has been ok thus far.
emirates didn't provide the wheel chair at the airport although it was made available in india and sfo. also the leg from dubai to sfo is very long.

Do you have an unexpired visa? If so, just traveling out of US and coming back through port-of-entry should do the trick. For best results, try an airline travel. YMMV.

yes, i have unexpired visa. I was wondering if I need visitor visa to go to Mexico and have a new I-94 at port of entry.

I know this is not a good question as there is no time frame for GC process?

$1000 is a lot for Premium Processing and VSC is profiting a lot from this. They are running a business for sure....
Its only extensions which are a long time.

USCIS is self-funded from application fees. They don't get any other funding as far as I know. So, sure they are running a business.

I know its not cheap, but atleast there is a way. I have been in this long enough to know times when it took a long time without an option of premium processing.

You can always make your employer pay for the fees.

Oooops, too late. All got before lunch break. Next will be better and cheaper.

You need to fill AR-11 online in uscis.gov. you do not need to send it any where. You can submit change of address notification with USPS either online or by submitting form available in USPS stores.

Yes. USCIS will send you mails confirming that your address has been changed. But you need to be sure that you are when you submit

* Did you call USCIS customer service and update them with your new address after sending them AR-11?
It is fine to do it online. Even if you call and tell them, they will ask you to do it online only.

Finally my AP got approved yesterday !!

February visa bulletin will be out this week any day.

What is the opinion of gurus who analysed that latest USCS numbers about dates? what do you predict?

I am a teacher on H1B. I am here with a company GTRR. If you are a math, science or special education teacher you can get job easily. The company site is gtrr.net.

You may get your green card with out giving a new set of finger prints. Sometimes, you will get the green card first and then they ask you to give the finger prints if necessary.

In my case, I didn't have to give FP for receiving the physical cards.

After 7 years of stay in the US and 3 green card applications later, I finally got the 485 approval e-mail.....aaahhha......I feel so relaxed now.

However I did not get any FP notice yet! Do you know if Biometrics is a requirement for issuing the physical green card and also any idea how long it takes to get the card from this point of time.
