After reading lots of forums contributors, my 2 cents :

a) I think the first thing is ban those people who advise separation of interests or make invidual groups in forums.

As if things happening in india are not enough to divide people on all fronts, a new separation criteria is created here on EB1/EB2/EB3. A lot of us are very creative..wow !!

b) Initiative needs to be well spent and well thought. Its a forum for ideas and further on implementation. So, its for everyone. Taking initiative is not bad, go ahead, but walking tall on other peoples misery is not really very cool !!
People are waiting for 10 years in line, come on..think, if this happens to all of us..

c) Legal and illegal efforts. People accusing core of bank accounts withdrawls and all that nonsense, do not need any rebuttal.
The harshness of things is creeping in people, but pls. some sincerity is also needed.

I thank all of you who have worked hard for the benefit of all of us.

Already emailed all the senators in the list.. including faxes to two of my state Senators, FL. Also.. going to call few in the afternoon.

I see the priority date for caydee as March 2006 from the profile.. Does this mean, USCIS has already started processing cases that are going to be current from September 1st??

I mailed my 2nd application (1st one was mailed in late June my attorney filed too soon as I was not current in June) on Aug 14th and it was received at NSC on the morning of the 15th. I 140 filed at TSC and was approved in July 2006. No checks cashed and No Receipt as of yet....

I know this not right place to ask this question . Please can anybody tell me how add a new thread.

Congratulations..my application was received by NSC on July 2nd too, and I haven't received anything yet..hope i will get it sometime soon...so are all the applications that went to NSC on July2nd are getting transfered to TSC ??

I guess only for 140 approved in TSC are getting transfered to TSC

thanks for taking the initiative and donating again manish1905. It is sad to see only a few 100 'active. Most people want to see results before donating, but most don't realize we can't get results without thousands working first for many months.
So its up to us to work extra hard to achieve things that will benefit 500,000 people.
Things like Visa Recapture, which benefit 100s of thousands benefit everyone including EB3, as there are only about 40-60,000 EB2s left.

Has anyone, who filed on July 2nd at NSC, I-140 approved from TSC and have an updated LUD on I-140, got their receipts yet?

I am still waiting...NO checks cashed yet...

My app was sent to NSC on 7/2 but I-140 approved from TSC. Still no receipts, no checks encashed. Called USCIS, and they asked me to call after 90 days. Any ideas ? Is anyone else in the same boat ?

The Last updated date for my I -485 application is showing as 8/24/2010 now.
What does that mean ?

EB2 went to U and then because of EB1 they are available. so it could be all EB3 numbers left. In that case we can see considerable movement in EB3. If EB3 ROW becomes current or close to current next visa bulliten there might be some movement for India and china in coming months or atleast IN FY 2009.

I am sure you dont deserve EB2, it shows clearly

"EB-2 India. This category is expected to remain unchanged or to move very slowly forward (by a week or so) in the short-term. This is mainly caused by the fact that many EB-3 India applicants (there are approximately 60,000 EB-3 India pending cases) are �porting� their priority dates into the EB-2 India category and are thus taking visa numbers.


EB2 India is slowwly becoming EB3 as thousands are porting from EB3 to EB2. Some of them are really worthy of EB2 and some of them are fradulent.

EB2 India applicants should wake up from their celebratio of a few months leap and get ready for slow movement or retro.

Guys wake up and fight to make the porting rules veryu strong if not stop porting. The rule should be if I140 for porting is denied then the applicatnt should loose his/her initial EB3 priority date also as he /she has indicated that he/she is no longer working in the position as described in EB3 labor. This will make sure that fradulent applicants cannot port from EB3 to EB2.

P.S: I know I will get thousands of REDs. I do not care... EB2 I guys wake up.. Time is running out.. EB2 I will very quickly become same as EB3I.
