You can just drag and drop the icon you want into Blend or explicitly add it via the Projects panel :)

Your question on connecting to an XML data source is interesting because there are several ways of doing this. One approach is by using Linq and just parsing the output.

I used a button control in expression blend and it is clickable by default and just to test it I did this:

If you do the paper file for which you submit all the initial evidence and supporting docs, you dont need to do finger printing.

but if you do e-file then you will have to go for finger printing.

Anytime you do your finger printing it is valid for about 15 months.

For me too I gave my finger prints in Nov 2007, but still USCIS sent me FP notification for code2 Finger printing.

by the way USCIS's RFE for me turn out to be that they dont have my code-2 finger prints in their system, so they need to know the details about my FP appointment and what's the schedule.

USCIS processing is really goofed up for e-filed applicants.

This is my personal expereince and their are lot of other folks who filed around the same time frame are facing the RFEs for fingerprints.

anyways i am going to respond to my RFE once i complete my biometrics on august 22nd 2008, by that time i will have the acknowledgement from the Seattle, ASC that they indeed complete my code-2 FP for the EAD purpose.

If you do paper based EAD renewal, you will receive EAD cards but it says fingerprints not available. As long as your employer is accepting the EAD cards it doesnt matter wether its with fingerprints or without fingerrints.

my lawyer missed the 2nd july deadline even when he had all the papers. Now i am asking him to meet 30th july deadline he is not responding . what are the papers needed to file I485. Can I file it without lawyers help? He does have my immunization papers

Lets not get over board with excitment. Over doing it might be considered as harassment. Besides we have achieved the main goal of the campaign. Lets focus our resources to the rally. I think media attention thru flower campaign, rally and lawsuit are excellent strategies in increasing order of intensity to push for our cause. Waiting for 180 days is hard....but its even harder for folks like me, who are waiting for 140 approval..The way things are, looks like it sgonna take much longer than 180 days for 140 approval...Only then I can even think of using AC21....But no complaints...Patience pays...:)

I am assuming that if you are salaried employee and making more than 250K, you should be at executive level qualified for EB1 visa - which is current for all countries.

i'm in dfw, have written to cornyn and kay bailey (congresswoman) several times.

cornyn is part of the reason cir failed, he represents the very conservative republicans first (and came up with hundreds of amendments to cause a kinda of filibuster) and foremost and skil and other bills come second. skil failed again when it was brought up recently in the senate... so cornyn is pro legal immigration overall - might help with procedural issues, but i don't expect too much from him because he comes from a very conservative state.

Guys, HR 5882 is having Total recapture of 550,000 visas (Employment Based + Family Based) . We all were hoping that this bill would pass, but it did not pass in Judiciary Committee so far. Probably because of opposition from some lawmakers, may be group of some people due to current state of Economy.
But How about, if we would just try for "Recapture for Employment Based visas , for Adjustment of Status" ( EB Visa recapture Numbers are arround 218,000). By this way, no American job would be taken away as this is just a recpture of visas for just Adjustment of Status. So, if we can drop Family Based Visa Recapture from the bill (approx.332,000 visa), this bill might pass in the congress. Looks like, we do not have any choice and bill might still have possibility of passing in lame duck session. Don't get me wrong, I also want to keep Family Based Visas in the Current State of HR 5882 Bill. But if we would be able to pass just recapture of Employment Based visas at this stage, Family based visas recapture can be taken up later on. This is just a thought. IV core group and members can discuss this idea for further action.

All we can do (either directly or through paid lobbyists) is suggest some common-sensical options and appeal to reasonableness of the elected representatives - at the end of the day - they would listen to current voters or go by what would and would not sit well with their current voters

Your H-1b must be sponsored by a US company. H-1b terms require you to gainfully work only for that employer. As long as your US tax returns do not show any other source of income and show you have been working fulltime for your sponsoring employer, you should be fine.

They do not bother with foreign wages or what you do with your free time ( as long as it inot a second job).

I am almost certain your friend has lost his H1 status. In other words if he reapplies for H1 he goes back in the que (lucky draw)

Thanks for information. To answer I applied my H1b on June 1, 2002.
My school finished on June 11, 2002. I did apply H1 during school but stupid me did not apply OPT. Then I get approve H1b 7 months later, more like 7 months and 20 days almost 8 months then working. I am out of status more 6 months which very bad.
I called many lawyers, some do not want to help a few will write letter ( 1 letter 600.00)
some said I have good chance others said unknown.

I am still out of status even I applied H1b and waiting more 180 days? I think I am, need good reason to put on letter.
