letter from the bank regarding present balance and avg balance in previous years

invitation letter - why they are coming here
identifications - relationships (your original birth certificate); photocopy of your passport and your legal status proof

My last EAD and AP were filed at TSC and that is what is specified in e-file application. Now I am getting worried :confused:

Hi All,

I am attending my visa interview next week in one of the Indian consulate. Sometime back I came across a website which lists each persons interview date and there visa status - approved/denied. I am not able to re-collect that link

Does any one has any idea?. Basically that link shows the status of visa interviews conducted.

Hi Gazman - for the most part, almost everything is run. There may be some animation-related things that we suppress, but you can have a nested class that controls some UI on a grandparent class, and Blend will happily show you the results of it.

Hello everyone, i have a good news to share that i just checked my case and it shows "Card production ordered". I guess it means my 485 has been approved.

Well, i do have a question regarding my wife 485 case which i just filed this month (July 1st) as my case is current from July 1st. I filed my 485 before i got married, and now it is time and i filed on July 1st, and not received any receipt number from USCIS for my 485 case.

As per my lawyer, there is no worries as we filed on time, and your case is approved just today, means, they should process your wife case when time comes. May be another 4 or 6 months. As long as her case is processed without any issue, then it is fine.

I would like to hear from you guys that if anyone has got this kind of case and any inputs from you guys would be really appreciated.

Some where I read that there is no fee for renewal of AP. I am a Jul 07 filer and am not sure about this. Further already applied last for Advance parole and travelled till it got expired last month. I am applying for a new one again. So just wanted to know if I need to pay the fees $305.
So my questions are:

Does the July 07 filers need to send the cheque for $305
Should we also include Biometric fee of $80?

And how much time is it taking these days for AP/

There is a confusion regarding who pays what amount.
To avoid the filing date confusion, stick to this simple rule :

If you paid less than $400 ( I do not remeber the exact I-485 fees prior to the increase), then you need to pay for the Ap and EAD, the respective amount. If you paid more than $900 for your I-485 filing, then go file AP and EAD as much as you want.
For either case, you do not have to pay for the biometric. Biometric is only for EAD. Not for AP.

AP takes roughly 45 days.

I forgot that. they Do not need new I-94 every time. But I remember We were asked to put all Entry to Canada on I485 papers . I use to go Toranto Every week at that time.

Wife got FP notice yesterday. None for me or my daughter. USCIS now has a new procedure where they will update the criminal background check without new fingerprints, unless old FP are unusable for whatever reason....That means no GC until end of July with all the remaining processing :(

I planning to use AC 21 from Next week, I plan to call my parents in July 2008, What should I mention as my Immigration Status in Invitation letter.

As I will not be on H1B and neither I have Green Card ?

I talked to lot of people about using AC21, nobody is clear.

Me and My family applied I485 here. Iam still working for my employer. Because of some issues we may need to go to India. And I wanted my green card to be processed from India.

Can you pls let me know how to change my I485 to Consular processing. Any documents I need from my employer Etc..

You should work on the colors a bit more! I think there are too many gradient colors in that stamp :)

I also have a similar case of 2 485s . I have EB2 priority date of September 2005 and not yet approved. May be multiple A # make it complex. I am planning to take an infopass apppointment and talk to IO and inform that we have 2 A#. Let us know how your appointment goes

Can someone please explain what is Form G-639 for . I googled on G-639 but it seems my case fits more on cases when this shouldn't be used. Please please someone please try to understand. All I have is my SSN and all I know is my I-140 is being filed and approved. I don't have the SRC number.

H1B LUDs may be due to PIMS data collection, I heard most of the H1Bs approved after Jan 2004 had LUDs and the status did not change; and 140 could be a regular system touch.
