As for Shania, well...sometimes an IN or OUT post is all about the detailing, but this time, it's all about the main attraction: that dress. It's just not working for us. We dislike the beading and how it's arranged, with those kind of streaky lines running down the bodice and skirt. Even if she'd gotten everything else right, we'd find it hard to ignore the dress. We're just not into your dress, Shania.

Also, while we salute her for her apparent commitment to "green" causes, riding a bike to the event wreaked havoc on her hair. That's the charitable take. Otherwise, we'd be forced to conclude that the bird's nest on her head is NOT because she's so environmentally conscious but because the gay who does her hair is either angry at her or has a substance abuse problem.

Shania, you're a pretty lady and this was a big night for you, but we can't give you anything but an OUT here. Nothing's really working for us. That may be a bit personally devastating to you - that T Lo doesn't love your outfit - but we imagine an induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame softens the blow somewhat. Take some small comfort in that.
