*cracks knuckles*
*puts on sunglasses*

Let's do this.

Vanity Fair continues to host the most oddly named parties with the Vanity Fair Campaign Hollywood 2011 - Richard Mille Toasts Fox Searchlight Films party held at Bar Marmont in Hollywood. The invites must have been the size of a legal pad to fit all that in.

Onward, fabulous soldiers.

Mila Kunis in Valentino Fall 2010 Couture

You know that standard little red strapless dress that is overworn on the RC? This isn't it. That A line really changes the story. And we really like the jacket paired with it, as well as (brace yourselves) the matching neutral accessories. Yes! It's all about how and when a style choice is deployed, darlings.

Aaron Paul

The disturbingly crazy pose makes us fear he wants to kill us. The sadly executed attempt at dressing himself renders him pretty non-threatening. This is a textbook example of bad layering (if there were textbooks on that sort of thing). In a perfect world, the length of his pants would render him an outcast and subject of ridicule. Possibly even jail time.

Minni Driver

You guys, Minnie can stay for ONE drink, but she's got to run back to the office and finish those reports. She won't tell HR she saw you here.

Claire Danes

Did she take a rollercoaster to get there?

Daniel Sunjata

Clearly this party isn't formal, but we have to take a stand against male celebs thinking they can show up at parties dressed for poker night while the women all wander around in expensive cocktail dresses and shoes. Look, if Amy Adams showed up at this event in jeans and sneakers, she would be savaged. Why should it be any different for the men?

Emma Roberts in Jenny Packham

It's cute. Could have used some color at the feet.

Gillian Jacobs in Versus Spring 2011

Love the dress; don't really love the denim jacket paired with it. Believe it or not, we love the matchy shoes, mainly because the dress has so many colors.

Kelly Lynch

Sweet Jesus on a breadstick.

Ooooh, that is just a shame. She's trying so hard and that dress is just letting her down. Too shiny, too revealing, doesn't flatter her body. Plus the hair is severe, the makeup is too low key for such a dramatic look and the shoes are also too severe (and kind of out of style). This is just so bad on so many levels it's a little breathtaking. Honey, open the yellow pages and let your fingers do the walking under "Gays."

Hugh Dancy

Cute. See? That's all we ask of the guys. You're at a party; one where no expense has been spared and your picture will be taken. We don't expect D&G tuxedos all the time, but put a little effort in.

Kathleen Robertson

We like the top and we like the bottom; we just don't like them in roughly the same color.

Anne Heche

Crazy-looking, as always.

Michael Angarano

This is still a bit too casual, but he looks cute and put together and at least those are shoes and pants he's wearing. We think the cap's a bit much, though.

Natalie Portman in H&M Conscious Collection

Kind of adorable in a Rosemary's Baby kind of way. Not the demon spawn part; the cute dresses on Mia Farrow part. We're sure her coming child will be lovely and not at all satanic. Pretty cool that she's rocking an H&M dress. We hate the shoes, but we almost always hate her shoes. We realize the choices are likely limited in cruelty-free footwear, but we're thinking she can find something more stylish than Rose Nylund's Saturday night shoes.

Udita Goswami

Standard. But look! She tried something other than standard black with the clutch. We almost want to hug her for that.
