Footballer Ashley Cole reportedly plans to marry his ex-wife Cheryl Cole, nine months after their divorce.

Ashley rekindled his romance with Cheryl three months ago. According to dailymail.co.uk, the 30-year-old Chelsea footballer apparently told friends: "I'm going to marry Cheryl again, it's what we both want."

A source close to the footballer said: "It was no secret that Cheryl's mind was not on 'The X Factor'. Simon Cowell even said as much. Ash made it clear to all his friends that he wanted to win Cheryl back and they've been properly in touch for the past six months, meeting at his brother Matty's house.

"They've spent so many evenings together, it was all like a covert operation. There was a kiss here and there, but things got a little bit more intimate just before Cheryl went to America."

It has emerged that Blake Lively is set to become the brand ambassador for British designer Stella McCartney.

A source has revealed that McCartney has said that Lively, who is an animal lover like her boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio, would be the perfect brand ambassador for her company in America.

“Like Leonardo, Blake is an animal lover and believes in cruelty-free fashion so when she met Stella at the Met Ball last month she found they shared many of the same ideals,” the Daily Mail quoted the source as saying.

Actress Salma Hayek’s husband Francois-Henri Pinault has a secret love child with supermodel Linda Evangelista, court papers reveal.

The court papers, filed by Evangelista, say he got both women pregnant in the same year. The supermodel gave birth to a boy in late 2006, while Hayek gave birth to daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault in September 2007.

A source, who has seen the court papers, told People magazine: “In the filing, it says the child ‘was born out of wedlock to (petitioner) Linda Evangelista, 46, and that (Pinault) acknowledged (her) allegation’. It says, ‘It is decided that Pinault is the father of (Evangelista’s son), Augustin James’.”

“All that’s left is for a magistrate to go over the father’s filings and make a determination of support, which will last until the child is 21. (Pinault) is asking to be able to testify by phone,” the source added.

It is unclear how much Hayek, who met Pinault, a French business tycoon, in 2006, knew about the cover up. At that time Pinault was dating Evangelista.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has admited to a past alcohol addiction spanning several years, but says he hasn't had a drink since August 2010.

In an interview with GQ magazine, the 22-year-old said:

"I became so reliant on alcohol to enjoy stuff. There were a few years there when I was just so enamored with the idea of living some sort of famous person's lifestyle that really isn't suited to me.

Radcliffe said he was lucky his addiction didn't become tabloid fodder.

"I really got away with that because there were many instances when a paparazzi shot like that could have been taken," he said.

Radcliffe says his relationship with his girlfriend, whose identity remains unknown, has improved following his decision to quit alcohol.

Much as he likes to party, have drinks and a nice time, it just doesn't work with him, he said.

"I do that very unsuccessfully. I'd just rather sit at home and read, or talk to somebody that makes me laugh."

Radcliffe said he is keen to succeed in films once the Harry Potter series ends with Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part II.

"If I can make a career for myself after Potter, and it goes well, and is varied and with longevity, then that puts to bed the 'child actors argument'," he said.

As to the millions that he has earned from the Harry Potter series, he said he will put it to good use.

"The main thing about having money is it means you don't have to worry about it. And that for me is a lovely thing. It's not for fast cars and hookers," he said.

Taylor Swift postponed her performance tonight, July 2, in Louisville to October 11, under orders from her doctor.

A post on her website reads:

"Due to illness and under doctor's orders, Taylor Swift has been forced to postpone tonight's performance, and the show has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 11. Taylor is sorry to have to disappoint her fans in Louisville, but is looking forward to coming back this fall."

Swift apologized to her Twitter fans, once again without delving into the nature of her ailment.

"Louisville, I so sorry to have to postpone this show to Oct 11. This is my first time having to do this. I'm so, so sorry."

According to CMT, tickets to the cancelled Louisville concert will be honored at the October show. Those seeking a refund can avail it at the place of purchase.

Six weeks after Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he had fathered a child out of wedlock, wife Maria Shriver filed divorce papers Friday to end their marriage of 25 years.

The former television journalist and Kennedy family heiress cited irreconcilable differences but offered no additional details about the breakup.

She also did not list a date when the couple separated, although they announced they had done so on May 9.

A week later, the former California governor and one-time action star admitted he fathered a child with a member of his household staff years ago.

The filing, which Shriver signed nearly two weeks ago, signals an end to a union that began with a storybook wedding on a spring day in 1986 in Cape Cod and brought together a bodybuilder and rising action star and a princess of the Kennedy clan, herself an up-and-coming network newscaster.

They apparently entered marriage with no plans that it would end. Shriver’s filing does not indicate the couple had a premarital agreement.

That means Schwarzenegger’s earnings from a career as a Hollywood megastar, which allowed him to forgo a salary as governor and commute by private jet to Sacramento, likely will be evenly divided with his estranged wife.

Shriver is seeking spousal support but any amount would be determined later, either through a settlement agreement or by a judge. The divorce is expected to be handled mostly behind closed doors.

Several of Schwarzenegger’s biggest hits, including “Predator,” ”True Lies” and the blockbuster sequel “Terminator 2″ were made during his marriage to Shriver.

Shriver became an award-winning television journalist but put her career on hold when Schwarzenegger ran for governor.

Economic disclosure forms filed when Schwarzenegger left as California governor in January show he has interests in at least eight entities each worth $1 million or more. An exact tally of his wealth is impossible to calculate.

The forms also show he still retains rights to intellectual property from his days as a fitness guru and movie star.

Shriver’s holdings are more modest but are listed in the disclosure as being worth more than $1 million. She is a member of the Kennedy family and a beneficiary of some of its assets in addition to owning rights and royalties from her work as an author, the filings show.

In recent months, she has appeared in videos posted on YouTube in which she talks about stress in her life, the weight of expectations and the search for faith in a troubled world.

Shriver and Schwarzenegger have four children together, including two sons who are still minors. Shriver’s petition seeks joint custody of the teens, who are 17 and 13.

Schwarzenegger’s spokesman Adam Mendelsohn declined comment in an email. Shriver’s attorney Laura Wasser did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment. Her spokesman Matthew DiGirolamo declined comment.

Shriver stood by her husband’s side as he ran for California’s governorship in 2003, even after the Los Angeles Times reported accusations by several women that they had been groped by the movie star.

Schwarzenegger later said he “behaved badly sometimes” and was twice elected to the governorship.

He failed to fix the state’s chronic budget problems and left office in January with an eye toward environmental projects and a return to the big screen.

One of his projects was an animated collaboration with comic book legend Stan Lee titled “The Governator,” but the project was shelved after Schwarzenegger admitted fathering the child out of wedlock. Actor Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller has finished her 45-day treatment programme at a rehab centre.

Mueller, who has endured a long drug and alcohol abuse battle, is now said to be doing “amazing”.

“Brooke is just taking it a day at a time. She has been down this road before and she knows what she has to do,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

“Brooke needs to continue to play an active role in her sobriety. When she goes to her AA (Alcoholic Anonymous) meetings every day and talks regularly with her sponsor, she does amazing,” the source added.

Mueller and Sheen married in 2008, but split in April 2010 after the couple’s drugs and lifestyle problems got in their way.

The couple’s divorce was finalised in May and they agreed for a joint custody deal for their twins last month.

The British supermodel wed The Kills rocker in a ceremony held in St Peter’s Church in Southrop, the Cotswolds, South West England, yesterday afternoon (01.07.11).

Kate, 37, wore an ivory sleeveless vintage styled John Galliano dress with gold detail and a long veil, while Jamie – who wore sunglasses as he posed with Kate for photos – wore a light blue double-breasted suit.
The couple’s ceremony took around 45 minutes, before they left the church to cheers from locals.

Kate was surrounded by her 15 bridesmaids including her daughter, Lila Grace, eight, as they posed for pictures.

The couple then kissed before getting into a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow car, which drove them back to their home in nearby Little Faringdon.
As the car pulled away the newlyweds waved and a Rolling Stones track could be heard playing on its stereo.

Local resident Martin Owen told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I saw her arriving at the church. She looked amazing. She always looks amazing.
“We’ve got to know her well as she comes to the pub here frequently, most weekends.”

After Tom Petty served GOP presidential candidate (and Tea Party darling) Michele Bachmann with a cease and desist order, demanding she quit using his song “American Girl” during campaign stops, Katrina & The Waves had a little something to say as well.

In a statement on its website, the group said, “Katrina & The Waves would like it to be known that they do not endorse the use of ‘Walking On Sunshine’ by Michele Bachmann and have instructed their lawyers accordingly.”

Lead singer Katrina Leskanich then sent a statement to Rolling Stone denouncing Bachmann further: “The song is used in commercials and movies as a vehicle for a feel good moment or empowerment but if I disagree with the policies, opinions or platforms for its use, I’ve no choice but to try and defend the song and prevent its misuse.”

The pinwheel-eyed Bachmann hasn’t said anything about the affronts (and probably won’t), but in the spirit of bi-partisanship, I set out to find Republican songwriters who might be willing to let her use their music without complaint.

In order to avoid the potential landmines of choosing the wrong country artist, I bet Teddy would take a break from his busy schedule of saying misogynistic things and shooting defenseless animals with a bow and arrow long enough to open his catalog to her.

Imagine the possibilities! She could start wearing kitty ears and a tail to her rallies and adopt “Cat Scratch Fever.” Or don a Catholic schoolgirl uniform and stroll out to the dulcet tones of “Jailbait.”
