Lindsay Lohan reportedly failed an alcohol test last week and has been ordered to appear before a L.A. County Superior Court judge Thursday morning, June 23. According to TMZ, Lindsay was tested twice, once just after the rooftop barbecue party. She flunked one of the tests. Sources tell TMZ that the L.A. County Probation Department will ask the judge on the case, Stephanie Sautner, to end Lindsay's house arrest and send her to jail instead. Department officials are incensed over Lindsay's partying while under house arrest, and the fact that her lawyer, Shawn Holley, initially stalled the tests claiming they were not part of Lindsay's terms of her probation. Ironically, Sawfnews.com, had predicted Lindsay was likely to get into trouble even while under house arrest.
