Ashlee Simpson was spotted kissing Rocket Science actor Vincent Piazza in NYC on Monday, June 20.

Ashlee, 26, and Vincent, 26, a resident of Queens, NYC, were seen walking hand in hand and lip-locking in a park.

Ashlee's two and a half old marriage to Pete Wentz fell apart this February. The couple has a son together. Their divorce is yet to be finalized.

Vincent plays a gangster named Lucky Luciano in the ongoing HBO TV series Boardwalk Empire. He is in New York filming for the second season of the series.

Vincent started out as a Division I ice hockey player but a shoulder injury forced a change of tack and a sail into an acting career.

He started out with Broadway productions such as Baby Steps, A Match Made in Manhattan and Much Ado About Nothing.

He made his feature film debut with Stephanie Daley (2006) and went on to appear in the television movie The Dawn and an episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

He also appeared in TV series The Sopranos, Law & Order and Rescue Me.
