We caught up with Victoria Beckham at last night's British Fashion Awards.
Designer Victoria Beckham flew into London this week so that she could hit the red carpet at the 2010 British Fashion Awards. And this year she wasn't presenting an award - she was nominated for one.
If any proof was needed that VB has earned the respect of the fashion industry thanks to her eponymous label then this was it. She was nominated in the heavyweight Brand of the Year category alongside Burberry, Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland. True, she didn't win - Mulberry bagged the award - but when we caught up with her at the post-ceremony dinner it seemed that she was simply thrilled to have been a contender.
'I thought it was a joke at first because I've only been creating for five seasons now so being up against a brand like Burberry that's been around for so many years was such a big deal,' she told us.
We even got her to tell us a little bit about what the future holds for her label - watch what she had to say here.
