female tattoo ideas. femaleWhat if your old employer cancels your I-140? In that case wouldn't it be better to have informed USCIS that you changed jobs?
After 180 days if employer cancels I 140 it does not matter......:)
sun tattoo design. GreatWell instead of going back after H1 expires, the people can chose to be illegals. Then their Kids will get GC under the DREAM ACT.:D
though hilariously said, you have a point indeed.
unique butterfly tattoos.I came to the USA on 3rd November, 2006 in company A. I did not work a single day in company A. I joined to company B on 17th January, 2007. I have no idea how my employer filed my H1B in company B without any paystub. I joined to company C on 24th July as they started my GC process right away. My H1B with company B and C are still pending. Company C has filed my labor on 31st August and got approval on 11th September. I am planning to file I-140, I-485, I-765 and I-131 together. So my questions are:
1) Is there any possibility to get denied/RFE for my GC as my last two H1B are still pending ?
2) What are the risks to be considered if I go back to my country and come back on AP as I don't have a visa stamp on my passport ? I am from a non-retrogressed country.
3) I heard that it takes too much time to bring spouse here if I marry after GC approval. I am planning to go back and marry and come back but don't want to bring my future wife on H4. Will it help me later to avoid unnecessesary waiting time to bring her here once my GC is approved ?
I shall be thankful to you to get my answer.
Thanks & regards,
SU1979
Unique Tattoos For WomenThanks every one for your inputs. I been swinging on tis for a while now and after seeing your inputs, I made up my mind not to pursue this.
I am surprised this company is still doing what its doing considering USCIS scrutiny these days. Good to know that we are not supposed to pay for H-1 as prospective employees. And I def dont want to lose my 700 or 800USD for lawer in case the CAP reaches its limit in the next few days.
Thanks again.
I am glad, member's comments helped you. All said and done. What is the right thing to do now? Expose "this company" as you call them..
Why don't you post the name of company as you already posted the state and city they operate from, and name of the person with whom you have been going back and forth as you said in your post? That will help everybody including the authorities to take them to task if they are doing anything illegal..

Hmm...that is an interesting trend. With TSC approving 485's left and right these days anything is possible at that super-center !
Yes, it is for TSC. And i did check . Thats how i realized they are approving AP and EAD for the early June filers. And i assumed my AP will be approved in couple of weeks. But never thought my July filed EAD will be tied along with my June filed 485. I don't see any AP or EAD approved for even early July filers in atleast for India.

Hi Madhuri,
Do you have any more information regarding this.
I am in the same boat .
My LC got approved through perm in my 6th year
and I140 applied and pending .
6th year expires in Sept06.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
You can get your H1 extended based on Approved Labor / Pending Labor for 365 days. You get H1 extensions in 1 yr increments. If your 140 is approved as well then you get your H1 in 3 yr increments.
I got my labor/140 done and my 6th Yr H1 is expiring Aug 31 and i shld be eligible for 3 yr extension due to Visa Number Unavailability.

What is this "Indian-American" animal? I still can not understand that term
Hello
Can we a contact Indian/American organizations who can lend us support.
1. Today I read news wherein an organization of Indian Businessmen,Lawyers.Doctors are organizing fundraiser for Hilary Clinton. They are giving lot of money for her campaign. These people already have contacts with number of senators. They can help us in our cause at different level.
The Chairman of the organization in the news article Sant Singh Chatwal is a known hotilier in US.

2. US-India Business Council is another such forum we can consider. Rediff has a news article wherein they are asking congress to increase H1s and make green card process easier. They have mentioned an address in Washington D.C
H St, Northwest headquarters in Washington, DC.

Unique Tattoos For WomenNo you will get all the benefits of I-485 filing lik EAD and AP. Only your 485 processing will suspend till your PD are current again.
I agree, but with a little change.
With PD retrogressed, I-485 can be processed, but can not be approved. For example, RFE can be issued, it can be denied for any I-485 for which PD is not current.
Please check and verify details with your attorney/lawyer. This is NOT a legal advice.

I believe H1/H4 has nothign to do with I485 application. You can file for her 485. Since she is on h1, you should mention h1 for Adavane parol. Since she has h1 stamped and can travel outside, advance parol is not required now. You can apply for AP any time while 485 is pending.
and since we are filing for AP now, i'd mention H4 on AP. is it right?

i don't normally go for tricked-up stuff, but this one kind of hooked me. I did the "Ansel Adams" conversion to B&W which gave me a contrasty and "antique' look. Then I merged it with the original at about 45%.
This gave the shot a very surreal look.

my I-140 is pending for than 600 days as well in addition to my pending I-485.
while using EAD with my current GC applying employer(lets say not
getting paid as in this economy its hard to find corp to corp jobs), can I
work another job full time using EAD?
It would be risky to move to another company before your I-140 is approved.
If you start using your EAD, you no longer will be in H status. You would be in AOS pending status.
Unique Lower Back TattooDr. Balkrishna Matapurkar, a surgeon at New Delhi's Maulana Azad Medical College, has pioneered a stem cell based technique for the regeneration of tissues and organs. He already holds a patent for this innovative technique. Incidentally, he is of view that embryonic stem cell research is one of the lost sciences of ancient India.
But please note that I am not trying to propagate that indian culture is best or better etc. I just wanted to share that stem cell related view of mine.
A couple of the fellow members might be cursing me to have posted this in. I know its nowhere related to immigration, but just a thought share.
That would be the view of Dr BalKrishna Matapurkar.
There is no accepted literary evidence to support his views. If so, please point me to that
